The ride is to honor and remember two longtime TWBC Riders, Steve Lay and Hank Giddings.

Steve passed away as a result of heart attack.  Hank was killed while riding his beloved motorcycle.

Steve was a major force in our club for over 30 years, designing our jerseys, ride tee shirts, and award tee shirts.  He and Phyllis led rides and tours for over 30 years.

Hank and Hazel Giddings volunteered for over 15 years.  Hazel was our club Secretary for several years.  She also was Executive Director of the Spana-Park Senior Center where Steve and Phyllis led Pancake Breakfast Rides.

The slow ride will start at 8:30 at the Starbucks at North 26th and Proctor.  Roundtrip is about 30 miles.

Breakfast is from 8:30 to 11 am at the Spana-Park Senior Center at 325 152nd Street East, 253 537-4854.  Feel free to ride from your home too.  That is what Steve and Phyllis did everyday for over 30 years.
